  1. If you cancel the product between 3 days to 24 hours, we will refund 85% of the particular product price.
  2. If you cancel prior 24 hours from the booking slot then no refund or cancellation request will be accepted.
  3. If you reschedule before 24 hours from the booking slot we will not charge rescheduling cost.
  4. If you reschedule within 24 hours from the booking slot we will charge 10% of the product price as a rescheduling charge.

PERSONALISED AND CUSTOMIZE GIFTS

Mail must be sent on cancel@cheerfulwe.com, mail must contain – “I want to reschedule/cancel my order number…………. From DD/MM/YY to DD/MM/YY as well as time slot from HH: MM to HH: MM.
